Booking, payment and cancellation conditions are agreed directly with the team before a booking is confirmed.
Enquiries and availability
Preparing a message does not send it. Press Send in WhatsApp to deliver your enquiry. An enquiry is a request for information only. It does not reserve a date, create a confirmed booking, or guarantee that a service is available. The Luchan Events team must verify availability and event suitability.
Custom quotations
Services, inclusions, prices, quotation expiry and payment arrangements are confirmed in a written quotation. Website photographs show example event arrangements and do not imply that every pictured item is included.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the team explicitly confirms the agreed scope, date and applicable conditions. Do not make payment based solely on an enquiry reference.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, refunds and responsibilities must be specified in the final agreement supplied by the business. No unconfirmed financial conditions are published here.
Venue requirements
Guest capacity, access, parking, equipment and other facilities must be confirmed with the team before booking. Let the team know about any specific requirements when you enquire.
